The Jack O’ Lantern is one of the most widely known symbols of Halloween. Once late September comes, there are many pumpkins and other squashes available for the autumn season.
In Ancient Times, Druids would celebrate Samhain by lighting sacred fires to the god of the forest and was known as their Thanksgiving.
Later, pumpkins were carved with faces and candles placed inside to ward off evil spirits during the night where the veil of the spirit world is thin.
This Jack-O-Lantern candle is hand-poured and made to order in a beautiful orange color, with its face painted in black paint that is safe to burn when lit. This candle is approximately 5.5″ in size, a perfect plump candle to display on your mantle, or burn during Hallow’s Eve.
